What Lexorii does
The work your firm already does, without the spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and shared drive holding it together. Each person sees the part that is theirs: lawyers their matters, accountants the books, partners the whole firm.
Time and billing
Log time with a live timer, track agreed fees and what is still owed, and record payments with 5% VAT worked out for you.
Documents
Folders for every matter and case, filed by hearing. Draft, review and partner sign-off, with version history and search inside the documents.

Made for how UAE firms work
Most practice-management software is built for US or UK firms and translated afterwards. Lexorii is built in Dubai, alongside a Dubai firm that uses it, so these are there from day one:

- A solo or very small practice: the flat price only pays off from about 5 people, and per-seat software is cheaper below that.
- Procurement that requires SOC 2 or ISO 27001: we hold neither today.
- A live connection to the Dubai Courts portal: Lexorii does not have one. Hearings are entered or imported.
- Trust or client-account accounting: there is no trust ledger.

How do the 3 free months work?
Every new firm gets 3 months of Lexorii free, with every feature and unlimited users. No credit card is needed. We set the firm up and migrate your data during that time at no charge. After 3 months it is AED 1,000 a month for the whole firm, and if you decide not to continue you can stop and export your data.
How much does law firm software cost in the UAE?
Most international practice-management software is priced per user, typically US$39 to US$149 a user a month. Lexorii is AED 1,000 a month for the whole firm, however many people use it, with setup, migration and training included. For a ten-person firm on a mid-tier US$89 per-seat plan, that is about AED 2,270 a month less.
Is our data stored in the UAE?
Yes. Firm database and files are stored on a server in Dubai, UAE. Our privacy policy names every provider that processes data on our behalf and what each one receives.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen of the firm workspace runs fully in Arabic, right to left, and each person chooses their own language. Documents and PDFs come out in the language they were written in. A few outputs are still English: the fixed headings on invoice and court-bundle PDFs, notification emails and the web client portal.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. Migration is part of onboarding and costs nothing extra. Send us what you have, including messy spreadsheets, and we import and check it with you. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time.
Does Lexorii calculate court deadlines automatically?
Every firm gets ready-made UAE case tracks with their stages and tasks. The court-rules deadline engine is switched on per firm only after a legal review of the rules for the courts that firm files in. Until then, dates come from the case tracks and your own entries, and any calculated date should be checked against the court record.
Who is behind Lexorii?
Lexorii is built in Dubai by a small team that onboards one firm at a time. It is in use at Chancery Chambers, a full-service Dubai legal consultancy, where our referral and commission tracking began as their request.
