Is it really one price, no matter how many people we add?
Yes. AED 1,000 a month covers your whole firm. Hire five more lawyers and the price does not move. We would rather you put everyone on the system than ration logins to keep a bill down. A practice-management tool only works when the whole firm is actually in it.
What happens after the 3 free months?
We contact you before the free period ends and ask whether you want to continue. If you do, billing starts from that point. If you do not, nothing is charged and you can export your data. We do not ask for card details up front, so there is nothing to cancel.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No lock-in. Billing is monthly and you can stop at the end of any month. We would rather keep firms because the software is worth paying for than because a contract says so.
Do you charge for setup, migration or training?
No. Setting your firm up, moving your existing matters and client records across, and training your team are all part of the price. Several competitors bill these as one-off professional-services fees.
Do we have to pay for the AI features?
Only if you want them. The AI assistant is opt-in and off unless you ask us to enable it. Nothing else in Lexorii depends on it. If you do turn it on, you pay the AI provider’s usage charges at cost; we add no margin and your flat monthly price is unchanged. The assistant does not retrieve matters, clients, documents or financial records; the provider receives what you type, your role and page context, and curated product documentation.
Do you charge extra to build something specific to our firm?
Firm-specific features and workflow changes are part of how we work, not a separate professional-services invoice. We scope what you need with you on a call and agree it before anything is built, so it stays a real commitment rather than an open-ended promise. Referral and commission tracking began as one firm’s request and now ships to every firm on Lexorii.
Does the price include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where applicable.
Do our clients cost extra?
No. Client portal access is included for as many clients as you want to invite. Your clients never pay anything.
Where is our data stored, and can we get it out?
Firm data is hosted on UAE-based infrastructure. It is your data: you can export it, and if you ever leave we will help you take it with you.
What if we are a solo practitioner?
